WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. There is ample opportunity to evaluate our services: free lessons, the first month of a membership at half price, and students can cancel at any time (subscriptions are month-by-month, so there are no lengthy contracts).
The LAE PROMISE is that the TEACHER will dedicate a MINIMUM of 3 HOURS PER LESSON (on average).
This means a minimum of 6 HOURS FOR creating lessons and responding to students of BRONZE MEMBERSHIPS.
The teacher chooses a variety work to respond to: NOT EVERY STUDENT WILL RECEIVE A RESPONSE.
It is up to the discretion of the teacher how long a lesson is left open for students to continue working on the material.
